SHIPPING POLICY:
All sales are FOB, SPOTLIGHT TATTOO. We ship via FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service. Oversized, heavy, and very fragile large items are shipped on a pallet via a general freight company, economy service. FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box, so please provide us with a street address for FedEx shipments. Items are shipped within 3 business days from confirmed receipt of payment. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will direct you through the appropriate steps to making a claim with FedEx (make sure you save all of the boxes and packaging that your order came in, it may be needed to file a claim with FedEx) or USPS. That’s it!
Shipping costs are subject to change without notice. If you have a preferred delivery service that you would like us to use, we are always happy to try and accommodate reasonable special requests. However, please note all requests for shipping by other carriers will result in different shipping costs and the risk of damage/loss/etc. Any loss and/or damage to the goods during shipping will be the sole responsibility of the bidder/buyer.

PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment for this item can only be made by Paypal, cashiers check, personal check or money order.
Paypal users MUST provide their Confirmed Paypal Address as we will only ship items to the Buyer’s confirmed address. The Confirmed Address is the same as your credit card billing address. If your Confirmed Address is a P. O. Box, then you will need to use another form of payment as FedEx will not deliver to a P. O. Box. There are NO Exceptions to this rule, as this protects all parties from fraudulent transactions. Please email us if you have any questions about payment.

WARRANTY POLICY:
We make no claims, either express or implied, of warranty for this item. You will receive all items listed in the description. If it is not listed, it is not included. Serial Numbers will be provided where there is a remaining manufacturer's warranty, but it is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer to check warranty status and do the necessary work to transfer. NOTE: All items sold on this site have been tagged to prevent any opportunity for fraud.
